1. Definitions
In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VABOOK (vabook.in); “you” and “your” refer to the customer or user; “Website” means the online store at https://vabook.in/; and “Services” means all products, digital content, and support offered via the Website
2. Account Registration
- Account Required for Purchases. To place an order on vabook.in, you must register and be logged in; guest checkout is not available
- Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate personal details (name, address, email) and to keep them updated
- Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- User Responsibility. All activity under your account—including orders and communications—is your responsibility, and you indemnify VABOOK for any losses from misuse
3. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices are displayed exclusive of taxes and shipping and may be corrected in case of error; we reserve the right to cancel orders for mispricing
4. Payment
Payments are processed via the gateways listed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due
5. Shipping & Delivery
We process orders within 1–2 business days; delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days via India Post or other couriers. Risk passes to you upon dispatch; we’re not liable for carrier delays due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather)
6. Intellectual Property
All Website content—text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by VABOOK or its licensors. You may view or print materials for personal use only; no other use is permitted without our written consent
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Website (e.g., fraudulent orders, data mining, hacking). Violation grants us the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VABOOK’s total liability for any claim related to the Website or Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits
9. Indemnification

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for any breach. Sections 6–10 survive termination
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of Tamil Nadu (Thanjavur). Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised versions on this page. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms
